Introduction to decibeX

decibeX gives you a footfall and-drum sound-absorbing underlay for laminate, parquet, tiled floors and PVC floor with click function. Modern floating floors have been much worse noise characteristics than previously glued floors. A breakthrough, to reduce impact noise and greatly improve room acoustics, have been made with the material decibeX.

The 2400 series increases the sound quality further. decibeX 2400ALU is integrated with a thin layer of aluminium foil that gives a more vapour effectively barrier than earlier decibeX materials. decibeX 3300 TES is intended to be installed under tile, ceramic or natural stone and provides an impact sound reduction of 12 dB.
